Presenters will discuss how early learning programs that provide services and supports within an Early MTSS framework promote young children’s achievement of essential learning outcomes. Learn the critical features of Early MTSS, how school psychologists can become valuable members of instructional leadership teams, and how one can collaborate with colleagues in schools/programs that are shifting practices at the system, classroom, and individual-child levels. Presenters will share an example of a classroom teacher, and her support team, who identified and met her students’ language and early literacy needs, based on the Science of Reading, using a strengths-based, problem-solving process.
