This presentation will introduce participants to strategies for building the confidence and skills necessary to address challenging ethical situations, including those requiring the management of unethical administrative directives.

This session will help participants:
1.   Engage in effective problem-solving efforts designed to guide the selection of appropriate strategies for resolving difficult ethical dilemmas.
2.   Balance the need to uphold professional mandates related to ethical practices with the pragmatic desire to work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
3.   Develop professional advocacy skills that enable professionals to argue for the adoption of ethical courses of action.
