    Using video clips, empirical data, and neuroscience, participants will be persuaded that self-care is a non-negotiable necessity. Participants will identify their chronic stressors and learn mindfulness and self-care strategies to protect against burnout. Finally, each participant will develop a customized plan to create habits of daily self-care.

    Learner Objectives:
    This session will help participants
    1. describe the ethical and neuropsychological importance of practicing self-care;
    2. develop a customized, mindfulness-infused self-care plan; and
    3. combat burnout and implicit bias
    Please note: The recorded workshop features the slide deck accompanied by the presenter's voice. Video of the presenter is not included.
