     This session will examine developmental and personality characteristics unique to aggressive females, their changing role models, the emergence of female empowerment movements, and cultural and societal changes. Practitioners will learn the Treatments for Aggressive Girls system.
    Learning Objectives:
    This session will help participants
    1. Learn about the increasing problem of aggressive acts perpetrated by females;
    2. Increase knowledge regarding the developmental profile of females who commit violent crimes in adulthood;
    3. Engage in discussions regarding a model for identifying and utilizing evidence-based practice for intervening with girls who engage in or are at risk for engaging in aggressive acts.
    2 Documented CPD Credits/Hours   NASP is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NASP maintains responsibility for this program and its content. NASP is a Washington Clock Hours Approved Provider.
