The school psychology internship is a critical learning experience, and the quality of supervision during this important year has tremendous influence. This webinar will provide tips and tools to help both new and experienced supervisors lay the foundation for a successful year of growth and learning. Real-world examples will be used to illustrate concepts, and participants will be provided with adaptable tools to support their supervision practice.

Learner Objectives:
This session will help participants to:

Utilize contracting for supervision to help ensure a successful internship experience,
Apply multiple methods for providing effective feedback to interns.
Support the development of interns’ self-care skills.
