    Dr. Goldstein reviews the scientific evidence of resilience and will discuss relevant variables involving temperament, mindset, family, and professional relationships in shaping and reinforcing a resilient mindset.  He will close with a set of guidelines to harness the power of resilience in shaping a stress-hardy mindset in our students and ourselves. 

    Learner Objectives:
    This session will help participants:
    1. apply the scientific evidence of resilience and resilience strategies in working with students of all ages.  
     2. develop a set of strategies to better understand and evaluate behaviors associated with resilience in students of all ages. 
    3. begin to develop a set of guidelines, strategies and suggestions to foster resilience and a stress hardy mindset in all students. 
    1 Documented CPD Credits/Hours   NASP is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NASP maintains responsibility for this program and its content. NASP is a Washington Clock Hours Approved Provider.
