School psychologists are uniquely trained to lead diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work at the school and district levels. Dr. Shelvin will provide a deep analysis of the systemic barriers for marginalized students and describe how school psychologists can serve as change agents and leverage their skills to address those barriers. Participants will learn strategies to use data, relationship building, consultation, and program evaluation to dismantle systemic oppression in education.
