This webinar will demonstrate how telecounseling can be implemented, using actual experiences that illustrate the practical aspects, as well as how it relates to the NASP Practice Model. The presenters will share how they designed telecounseling programs that meet the needs of their communities in two different school districts; identify considerations of technology, student needs, laws, and ethics; and meaningfully engage students to make progress through counseling experience.
    Learner Objectives:
    This session helps participants
    1. develop skills to engage students in telecounseling,
    2. identify means of monitoring student progress in telecounseling, and
    3. follow ethical principles while providing telecounseling.

1 Documented CPD Credits/Hours   NASP is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NASP maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
