Learner Objectives:
This session will help participants:
1. Review and recognize the characteristics of useful and understandable reports.
2. Self-evaluate their report writing assumptions and report writing practice.
3. Use an organizational tool to support the integration and synthesis of data from records reviews, interviews, observations, and testing to directly address the referral questions with clear and supported findings.
