    The presentation will review the laws and regulations associated with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) dispute resolution process and describe how to prepare to be a witness at a due process hearing. 

    Learning Objectives:
    This session will help participants:
    1. generally describe the substantive and procedural requirements of IDEA,
    2. generally describe the IDEA dispute resolution process, and
    3. be effective witnesses at a due process hearing.

    1.25 Documented CPD Credits/Hours   NASP is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NASP maintains responsibility for this program and its content. NASP is a Washington Clock Hours Approved Provider.
