This session will provide practical strategies for reframing supervision as a pathway to increased well-being, professional pride, and leadership growth.

The presenter will share tools, templates, and real-world examples to help supervisors create structured yet flexible systems that support professional growth. Participants will learn to embed reflective practices, strengthen skills, and promote advocacy within the supervision process. Whether you are a seasoned supervisor or just beginning to support early career professionals, this session will provide actionable strategies to enhance satisfaction and capacity for both you and those you lead.

    This session will help participants:

    1. Describe how effective supervision practices contribute to job satisfaction and well-being for both supervisors and supervisees.

    2. Apply evidence-based strategies to support skill development, confidence, and alignment with the NASP Practice Model.

    3. Implement supervisory structures that integrate reflection, professional identity development, and advocacy-building activities.
