Youth suicide risk assessment involves weighing the balance between risk and protective factors. This session will focus on the best practices and challenges of preparing for and conducting virtual suicide risk assessment. Learner Objectives: This session will help participants: 1. describe the components of suicide risk assessment and the balance between risk factors and protective factors. 2. prepare for conducting virtual suicide risk assessment. 3.conduct suicide risk assessment in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
